Football Club "POMORAC" 1921
NK Pomorac 1921 is a 96 years old heir to football and sport in Kostrena and a traditional place for socializing. Emphasis has been put on the development and quality of football school in order to provide opportunity to the younger generations of athletes, enabling them to defend, in near future, the club colors by playing in the first team. Through the sports and educative process, young athletes gain a lot of positive outcomes to become quality young persons in future.

Coastal path
It is over 3 kilometers long and a real opportunity for lovers of long-distance walks along the sea. If you need a break, there are many resting benches along the way, while the children will have fun at children's playgrounds. The coastline and the entire peninsula of Kostrena were built of rudist limestone, while the valleys are dominated by red soil (terra rossa) on which Mediterranean cultures are grown. Lime slants are covered with forests, shingles or grass. In the flora of Kostrena, among others, we recognize orchid (snapper), yellow saffron, as well as a multi-centennial trees of Downy oak. The undersea area of Kostrena abounds in various types of flora and fauna, some of which are protected and therefore the foundation of the Underwater Park is in process. Evening with a light breeze, murmuring of waves and a delicious and tasty meal in one of our restaurants also has its charms. And do not forget the sunset in Kostrena - once you see it, you’ll want to see it over and over again...
Sport hall Kostrena
Sports Hall Kostrena has thirteen business premises of different sizes ranging from the smallest of27.4 m² to the largest of 76 m². The advantage of renting a business premises in the Sports Hall originates from its good location, favorable rental fee and practically free heating during the winter months (considering that all the premises are included in the hall’s heating system). The main hall space is available for commercial purposes from 17:30 until 22:30. There is a possibility of renting 1/3 of the hall, 2/3 halls or the entire hall for recreational purposes (basketball, football, handball). Besides the main hall renting, we offer the commercial users also the possibility of renting a small gym for recreation purposes (dance, pilates, table tennis, kickboxing and other related sports) and two squash courts.
